Welcome to the SmartBill Invoice App ("App"). By installing or using the App, you ("Merchant", "you") agree to these Terms.
Use of the App
The App enables integration between Shopify and SmartBill for invoice generation, configuration, and related operations.
You are responsible for ensuring that all data used in the App is accurate and complies with applicable laws.
Merchant Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy of invoices and configuration settings
- Comply with applicable tax, accounting, and legal requirements
- Maintain valid access to your Shopify and SmartBill accounts
Fees and Billing
Subscription pricing is displayed in the Shopify App Store. All payments are processed by Shopify.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Data and Privacy
We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
All rights related to the App, including software and branding, belong to Hombeeinternational SRL.
Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may suspend or terminate access if required by law or in case of misuse.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
