In 2024, we started building Facturify after seeing Shopify merchants in Romania struggle with unreliable, limited, and frustrating SmartBill integrations. None of the existing solutions delivered what merchants actually needed.
We decided to build something better. Not just an app, but a complete invoicing platform that handles every edge case — EU VAT across 27 countries, multi-warehouse operations, automatic storno on refunds, real-time stock sync, and an AI assistant to help merchants configure everything without reading documentation.
